Mutiara Merdeka Hotel - Pekanbaru

The bed was very comfortable with a nice bath tub. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant staff at breakfast. The facilities for getting to the airport saved us money. The location was easy to access and the environment was good.

The air cond is not cold, after complaining many times, not much changes. May be the hotel is old. The lift also very slow and small.

1. Too poor internet connection from the room. Must go to lobby or coffe house then only , wifi connected 2- Poor air cond in the room ( it is major , please do something)

This hotel is conveniently located close to a great shopping center and the city centre. It's also not far from the airport. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel lacks adequate facilities, such as a sauna or gym.

The hotel staff was friendly.

During the stay I have purchase three rooms. Some of the room is still using old air-conditioner system and certain of my family unable to sleep in the purchase room due to heat.. We have also shifted twice but the room air-conditioner is still below average.. The hotel lobby and cafeteria is also quite stuffy.. I do think this hotel shall consider a new air conditioner system, in order to compete with other hotels in Pekanbaru. Tq.
